Here is a recipe from a new Foodies’s friend. This is a carrot and almonds cake. Is sooooo gooooood!!! The recipe comes from a dear friend of mine who confesses that it’s her mother’s recipe so  one of those unforgettable flavors of her childhood. She always asked for this cake for her birthday. It’s a delicious, fresh, digestible cake and with a chocolate glaze on the top that makes it perfect in every bite.
